What do EMI Shielded Individual Inductors aim to solve

  • AC circuit filter → attenuate high frequency noise, in series with current pathway, from harmonics in AC current → “AC choke” or “ AC power choke”
  • Maintain inductance over specified frequency range

+ Low parasitic capacitance → High self-resonant frequency > 5MHz *

* High inductance or inductors with many turns → lower self-resonant frequency
