Electromagnetic Induction
ISE Magnetics has extensive knowledge and vast experience in the design and manufacturing of inductive components, allowing us to transform the characteristics of electricity through magnetism. Thermal management
Thermal management is critical to our customers' applications, and therefore key to the components we design. Alongside specialized software, ISE Magnetics also uses FEM-based (finite element) thermal management software to predict the effects of overheating on the component itself and its surroundings.
Mechanical Integration
ISE Magnetics has the unique capability to integrate inductive components into custom-specific mechanical structures, allowing us to offer our customers a combined inductive-mechanical assembly service.
Design Process
Before starting our designing process, ISE Magnetics will first conduct a feasibility check based on the customers specifications to verify whether we can design and manufacture the desired components. We then produce a verification sample to verify our design calculations and ensure the component’s proper functionality.
