ISE and QUALITY
Quality starts with a good cooperation between employees, that know their job. And who have the ambition to supply high quality products. ISE has such a staff and ambition.
Quality is already implemented at design stage, where the required quality requirements are being designed-in. During production and after the quality of the product is being monitored and finally tested thoroughly. Naturally quality is also part of our internal processes and procedures, a few here mentioned:
•Incoming goods inspection;
•test of first parts produced and intermediate testing of ongoing production;
•AQL-statistic tests or 100% final inspection with highly automated testing equipment.

HIGH POWER PLANAR TRANSFORMERS:

Planar magnetics are becoming more popular in the applications where available space for magnetic components on PCB has constraints. Planar magnetics are compact and have low profile (height) compared to wire wound components.
At ISE we design and develop planar transformers and inductors for switch mode power supply applications.
LLC TRANSFORMERS
In power supply industry, LLC resonant topologies were being used from many years. But until recent years LLC transformers were mostly designed by trial and error method because of poor understanding of magnetics inside LLC transformer.

LED lighting for aviation
ISE MAGNETICS has developed high voltage components, including high frequency transformers and inductors with an isolation voltage of 6 kV for LED lighting applications.
ISE MAGNETICS in the railway sector
ISE MAGNETICS has developed HIGH CURRENT inductive systems for a European manufacturer of railway electronics for high-speed trains.
